WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not you can borrow one from us for your first class. A water bottle, if you like. A small blanket and eye pillow is optional as well.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Wear comfortable "stretchy" clothes that are somewhat fitted.

I AM NOT VERY FLEXIBLE - CAN I STILL DO YOGA?
Absolutely! We "practice" yoga to learn how to safely become more flexible and open up physical blockages in our body that ultimately offer us relief from stress, back pain, joint pain, and so much more...
HOW EARLY SHOULD I COME TO CLASS?
It's good to come 5-10 min. early to sign in and set up mat for class to begin.
CAN I SHARE MY PREPAID SESSIONS WITH OTHERS?
Sorry, classes are not transferable and must be used within the time frame stated when purchased.
